  • Thank you so much for all your help. I have really been enjoying the sessions. I especially love the voice recordings you sent I listen to them usually before training or a match. I was able to recognise, understand, and view my anxiety in a whole new way. I've learnt to take advantage of it rather than see it as something that limits me. I have particularly enjoyed using the body scan before my athletics competitions; it has had a significant impact on both my daily life and sport.
